To make your song we collect the details you type into the brief — names, the occasion, and the story you share — plus your email address, which is where we deliver the song (it also limits how many free songs each person can create). At checkout Stripe confirms your payment; we never see or store your card number. To keep the free service fair we also keep a short-lived count of daily requests per internet address.
We use your brief solely to generate your song and deliver it. We email you the finished song and a link to your gift page. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in, and we never sell your personal data.
Stripe may set cookies strictly needed to process your payment securely. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our advertising works (for example, that a visit or a purchase happened) — it never sees the story you write or your song.
We keep your order (brief, lyrics, song and gift page) so that your gift page keeps working — that's the point of the gift. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, gift page included.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data — email hello@tunetale.art and we'll handle it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
TuneTale is intended for adults. Don't use the service if you're under 16 — ask someone older to make the song with you.
