To make your song we collect the details you type into the brief — names, the occasion, and the story you share. At checkout we collect your email address and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We use your brief solely to generate your song and deliver it. We email you the finished song and a link to your gift page. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in, and we never sell your personal data.
We rely on trusted providers to run TuneTale: OpenAI (lyric writing), our music-generation provider (song production), Supabase (secure storage) and Stripe (payments). Your brief is shared with these services only as needed to create and deliver your song. Each processes data under their own privacy terms.
TuneTale itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies strictly needed to process your payment securely.
We keep your order (brief, lyrics, song and gift page) so that your gift page keeps working — that's the point of the gift. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, gift page included.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data — email hello@tunetale.art and we'll handle it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
TuneTale is intended for adults. Don't use the service if you're under 16 — ask someone older to make the song with you.
